SERI MUKA


Recipe
Bottom Layer
Pandan Leaves
6 pieces
Glutinous Rice
1 cup
Coconut Milk
1/3 cup
Salt
1 pinch

Top Layer ( Green )
Sugar
½ cup
Flour
1 ½ cup
Thick Coconut Milk
1/3 cup ( 3 times )
Pandan Water
1/3 cup ( 3 times )
Green Colour
1 tsp

   
Method:
1.    For the bottom layer, blend the pamdan leaves first.
2.    Clean the glutinous rice then put into a saucepan.
3.    Pour the coconut milk into the saucepan that already have the glutinous rice.
4.    Pour some water into it then put inside a little bit of salt.
5.    Then cook it until dry.
6.    For the top layer, the flour and the sugar are mix together. (a)
7.    The thick coconut milk and the pandan water also the green colouring are mix together. (b)
8.    Pour the (b) inside (a) then mix it until it melt.
9.    Steam the glutinous rice first until cooked the after that pour the pandan water that already been strained and do not forget to put some salt.
