KETAYAP


Recipe
Egg
1 nos
All Purpose Flour
2 cups
Salt
½ tsp
Water
2 cups
Pandan Paste
1 tbsp
Green Coloring
A bit

Filling
Coconut Grated
1 nos
Palm Sugar
½ cup
Water
½ cup
White Sugar
If needed

  

Methods:
1.    For the ketayap skin, mix all the ingredients then sift them.
2.    Heat the oil first.
3.    Pour the batter little by little into saucepan and make a round shape.
4.    For the filling, mix all the ingredients.
5.    Cook it.
