PASTRY CURRY PUFF


Recipe
Flour
240gm
Margarine/Butter
90gm
Salt
½ tsp
Cold  Water
4tbsp
Filling :
Chicken
200gm
Potatoes
2 nos
Bombay Onion
1 nos
Curry Powder
2 tbsp
Chicken Stock

Water

Salt

Pepper


Method:
1.    All the ingredients for flour all together mix then rest it after make it into a dough.
2.    The filling cook it before fill in into the dough.
3.    After that, make it into a curry puff shape then fried it.
4.    Heat the oil first before fried it.
5.    Pour the batter one by one in the oil that already been heated.
6.    Wait it until golden brown then remove the curry puff from the oil.
