CHOCOLATE SPONGE CAKE

Recipe
Egg
8 nos
Castor Sugar
250gm
Soft Flour
200gm
Cocoa Powder
50gm
Baking Powder
1 tsp
Water
100gm
Ovallette
25gm
Melted Margarine
125gm




 

Method:
1.    Beat all the ingredients except the melted margarine.
2.    Beat it until become fluffy.
3.    Add in the melted margarine and mix it well by spatula.
4.    Bake for 45 minutes in 180°C.
