KUIH EE


Recipe
Glutinous Rice Flour
250gm
Water
230ml
Pink Colouring
A bit

Filling: Red bean paste

Syrup
Rock Sugar
200gm
Water
1200ml
Ginger
2 thin slices
Pandan Leaves
3 tbsp



Methods:
1.    Sift the flour first then put a little bit of salt into flour.
2.    Divide it into two; pink colour and original colour.
3.    Then knead it to form a dough.
4.    Roll it become round shape but mix the colour of the dough and put inside the filling.
5.    Boil the water and put inside the water and wait it until it float.
6.    Then put inside the syrup. Serve.
7.    Syrup, mix it all and cook.
