CHOCOLATE CHIPS ( DROP COOKIES )


Recipe
Soft Flour
100gm
Margarine
100gm
Brown Sugar
25gm
Chocolate Chip
60gm
Walnut Chopped
30gm


   

Method:
1.    Creaming method – brown sugar and margarine. ( by using paddle )
2.    Add in the flour into the mixture.
3.    Then, add in the chocolate chips and chopped walnut and mix it well by hand.
4.    Drop it into the baking tin.
5.    Bake for 12-20 minutes in 180°C.
