PULUT PANGGANG


Recipe
Glutinous Rice
300gm
Coconut Milk
180ml
Salt
1 tsp
Pandan Leaves
knotted

Filling: Sambal udang, sambal bilis, coconut grated



Methods:
1.    Mix the coconut milk, salt and the glutinous rice.
2.    Cook it until half cooked.
3.    Then, cook the filling mix with the coconut grated.
4.    Then put a little bit of the filling into the glutinous rice a bit on the banana leaves.
5.    Then, bbq.
