CHOCOLATE ALMOND ( ICEBOX COOKIES )


Recipe
Castor Sugar
125gm
Margarine
250gm
Soft Flour
400gm
Cocoa Powder
30gm
Almond Flakes
50gm
Salt
A pinch



 

Method:
1.    Creaming method – margarine and sugar beat it until creamy.
2.    Put a little bit of salt into a flour then sift the soft flour with the cocoa powder.
3.    Add in the flour mixture into the margarine mixture, beat it.
4.    Then, add in the almond flakes, mix them well by using hand.
5.    Pour the batter into wrapping plastic then shape it.
6.    Chill it about 15 minutes.
7.     After that, cut it and put onto ungreased pans.
8.    Bake it for 12-20 minutes in 180°C.
