BUBUR SOM-SOM


Recipe
Rice Flour
1 cup / 100gm
Hoen Kuew Flour / Hun Kee Flour
3 tbsp / 25 gm
Thick Coconut Milk
3 cup
Salt
A pich
Palm Sugar
½ cup
Sugar
½ cup
Water
1 cup

     


Method:
1.    The thick coconut milk mixed with some water then pour the flour into it then heat it.
2.    Put some salt and pandan leaves into it.
3.    Then, pour it into the bowl  then serve it when it is cold.
