BLUEBERRY CAKE


Recipe
Egg
8 nos
Castor Sugar
250gm
Water
100gm
Ovallete
25gm
Soft Flour
250gm
Salt
½ tsp
Baking Powder
1 tsp
Melted Margarine
125gm

Filling: blueberry, sugar syrup, fresh cream

   

Method:
1.    Beat all the ingredients together except the melted margarine.
2.    Beat it until become fluffy.
3.    Add in the cooled melted margarine and mix it well.
4.    Bake for 45 minute in 180°C.
5.    Then let it cooled, cut into two layer to fill the filling onto it.
6.    Using the whipping cream to cover the sponge cake then decorate it.
