ALMOND TUILES 1


Recipe
Butter
90gm
Castor Sugar
120gm
Egg Whites
90gm
Cake Flour
105gm



Method:
1.    Creaming method. Soften the butter to a creamy consistency then add in the sugar and whip until thoroughly mixed.
2.    Whip in the egg whites.
3.    Sift the flour over the mixture and mix in well.
4.    By using stencil method, line a sheet pan with a silicone mat or parchment paper then make a stencil by cutting whatever of shape hole in a sheet of thick plastic or thin cardboard.
5.    Then, spread the batter across the stencil then liftoff the stencil.
6.    Sprinkle with a few sliced almonds.
7.    Bake for 175°C,  5-10 minutes depending on thickness until lightly browned.
8.    Remove the baked cookies from the baking sheet and immediately curve over a rolling pin or in tuile rack then cool it.
