CHOUX PASTRY


Recipe
Soft Flour
125gm
Margarine
100gm
Water
250ml
Salt
1 pinch
Sugar
A bit
Eggs
3 nos

  



                               

Method:
1.    Boil the water mix with the margarine, salt and sugar. Let them all mix together.
2.    Control the heat then add the flour. Let it cooked which until it become gelatinized.
3.    Cool it, then add the eggs one at a time. Mix it well.
4.    Then shape it using piping bag ; rosset ( cream puff ), echlair or swan.
5.    Sprinkle some water on the product before bake it.
6.    Bake it for 12-15 minutes in 180°C.
7.    Put in the filling ( diplomat cream ) into the choux paste.
