Recipe
| Butter | 125gm |
| Self Raising Flour | 125gm |
| Castor Sugar | 180gm |
| Egg | 3 nos |
| Cocoa Powder | ½ cup |
| Water | ½ cup |
| Vanilla Essence | ½ tsp |
Method:
1. Mix together the sugar and butter by using the creaming method the add in the vanilla essence.
2. Add in the eggs one at a time.
3. Add the cocoa mixture 1/3 at a time and mix well. ( by hand )
4. Pour it into a mould and bake it for 45 minutes in 180°C.
