Recipe
Glutinous Rice Flour | 250gm |
Water | 230ml |
Pink Colouring | A bit |
Filling: Red bean paste
Syrup
Rock Sugar | 200gm |
Water | 1200ml |
Ginger | 2 thin slices |
Pandan Leaves | 3 tbsp |
Methods:
1. Sift the flour first then put a little bit of salt into flour.
2. Divide it into two; pink colour and original colour.
3. Then knead it to form a dough.
4. Roll it become round shape but mix the colour of the dough and put inside the filling.
5. Boil the water and put inside the water and wait it until it float.
6. Then put inside the syrup. Serve.
7. Syrup, mix it all and cook.
