Egg | 1 nos |
All Purpose Flour | 2 cups |
Salt | ½ tsp |
Water | 2 cups |
Pandan Paste | 1 tbsp |
Green Coloring | A bit |
Filling
Coconut Grated | 1 nos |
Palm Sugar | ½ cup |
Water | ½ cup |
White Sugar | If needed |
Methods:
1. For the ketayap skin, mix all the ingredients then sift them.
2. Heat the oil first.
3. Pour the batter little by little into saucepan and make a round shape.
4. For the filling, mix all the ingredients.
5. Cook it.
