All Purpose Flour | 1 cup |
Coconut Milk | 1 cup |
Evaporated Milk | 1 cup |
Sugar | ¼ cup ( 3 times ) |
Egg | 2 nos |
Creamed Corn / Kernel Corn | 1 can |
Yellow Colouring | |
Sesame Seed | |
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients well except corn and sesame seed.
2. Add in corn then mix them well.
3. Pour batter onto the mould and sprinkle with sesame seed.
4. Bake for 1 hour, with 160°C.
