Walnut ( finely chopped ) | 58gm |
Castor Sugar | 65gm |
Unsalted Butter | 85gm |
Egg | 1 nos |
Soft Flour | 120gm |
Cocoa Powder | 4gm |
Baking Powder | 2gm |
Cinnamon Powder | ½ tsp |
Oreo Biscuit ( crushed without cream ) | 30gm |
Method:
1. Cream butter and sugar until the mixture light and fluffy. Add the eggs until well combined.
2. Sieve together cocoa powder, cinnamon powder, soft flour and baking powder. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture.
3. Add the Oreo biscuit and walnut using plastic spatula.
4. Put in a pie mould and blind bake at 190°C for 15 minutes.
5. Add the filling and baked again for 15 minutes.
Cheese Filling
Cream Cheese | 125gm |
Castor Sugar | 30gm |
Margarine | 25gm |
Corn Flour | 30gm |
Egg Yolk | 3 nos |
Egg White | 3 nos |
Double Cream | 63ml |
Melted Chocolate ( for pattern ) | |
Lemon Juice | 1 tbsp |
Method:
1. Cream the cream cheese. Add the castor sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
2. Add the double cream.
3. Then, add the egg yolks and mix well.
4. Add in the flour. Keep aside.
5. Mix with meringue.
6. Put the filling inside the pie.
7. Put a little bit of melted chocolate for decoration on the top.
