CHOCOLATE MOIST CAKE


Recipe
Butter
125gm
Self Raising Flour
125gm
Castor Sugar
180gm
Egg
3 nos
Cocoa Powder
½ cup
Water
½ cup
Vanilla Essence
½ tsp


  

Method:
1.    Mix together the sugar and butter by using the creaming method the add in the vanilla essence.
2.    Add in the eggs one at a time.
3.    Add the cocoa mixture 1/3 at a time and mix well. ( by hand )
4.    Pour it into a mould and bake it for 45 minutes in 180°C.

MARBLE CAKE ( BUTTER CAKE )


Recipe
Soft Flour
250gm
Butter
250gm
Castor Sugar
250gm
Egg
5 nos
Salt
1 pinch
Baking Powder
½ tsp
Vanilla Essence
½ tsp

Cocoa Mixture
Cocoa Powder
20gm
Milk
1/3 cup


 

Method:
1.    Creaming method – mix well the butter and sugar by using paddle.
2.    Add in the essence and add in as well the egg one at a time.
3.    Add in the flour which has been mixed with the baking powder and salt.
4.    Mix them well.
5.    For marble, 1/3 of the batter mixed with the mixture of cocoa and milk.
6.    Make sure the texture of the batter are the same.
7.    Pour it into the butter cake mould, which for the butter flavouris the first layer followed with the cocoa mixture and so on then do the marble as it want.
8.    Bake it for 45 minute in 180°C.

CHOCOLATE SPONGE CAKE

Soft Flour

Cocoa Powder
50gm
Baking Powder
1 tsp
Water
100gm
Ovallette
25gm
Melted Margarine
125gm




 

Method:
1.    Beat all the ingredients except the melted margarine.
2.    Beat it until become fluffy.
3.    Add in the melted margarine and mix it well by spatula.
4.    Bake for 45 minutes in 180°C.

FANCY COOKIES ( MOLDED COOKIES )

All Purpose Flour
275gm
Baking Powder
1gm
Salt
2gm
Unsalted Butter
224gm
Sugar
140gm
Eggs
1 nos
Vanilla Extract
8g

  

Method:
1.    Creaming method – sugar and margarine, beat until it is creamy.
2.    Add in the vanilla essence and eggs.
3.    Then add in the flour together with the salt.
4.    After that, wrapped it then let it rest.
5.    Shape it.
6.    Bake for 12-20 minutes in 180°C.
7.    Decorate it when it is already cool.
